As part of the ICOM-wide new museum definition project (ICOM-Define), DEMHIST will be sending a survey to its members on March 8 2021. Please look for it. This new process aims to be as transparent and democratic as possible, and it is important that DEMHIST’s voice is heard. Your participation in the anonymous survey is key to developing a balanced and workable new museum definition. The survey will ask for your comment on keywords, you will be able to add to this list as you feel fit. To expand the conversation and aid in the process we will be holding a Webinar with members of the ICOM Define team on March 17. Details will be sent shortly to DEMHIST members including a registration link.
