Please mark the date in your calendars: Tuesday 14 February from 2 – 3.30 pm CET. We will be holding an Extraordinary General Assembly (EGA) to discuss and ratify the revised and updated bylaws for our committee. The link for the proposed document is HERE. The legal section of the ICOM Secretariat has closely reviewed the original statutes, and provided many of the additions and amendments so the DEMHIST bylaws conform with ICOM Statutes and Rules.
The EGA will also be an opportunity to discuss our plans and ideas for the upcoming year. We also will have initial information about the DEMHIST 2023 conference in Belgrade and about the election process for the 2023-2026 DEMHIST Board elections. There will be a dedicated webinar about the elections, but this will be an opportunity to get the ball rolling.
